dbwin Terms and Conditions

The following words and terms used in these Terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the dbwin website, mobile version, and all associated services.
• "Member" or "User" means any person who has opened an account on dbwin.
• "Account" means a Member's personal gaming account.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means participation in any game or event using account balance.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit or benefit granted by dbwin.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the condition requiring a specified amount to be wagered before a bonus may be withdrawn.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to Bangladeshi users. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity, dbwin's interpretation shall be considered final.

The following conditions must be met to register as a Member and use the dbwin platform:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.
• You must be a real individual and operate the account in your own name.
• You may not operate an account using any automated program, bot, or third-party software.
• Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• dbwin employees and their family members shall refrain from gaming on the platform.

When opening an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Registering with false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account termination.

Account Security

• Keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential and do not share them with any third party.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify dbwin support immediately.
• You are responsible for any losses arising from third-party use of your account, unless it is proven that the security breach was on dbwin's side.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.

dbwin uses SSL encryption technology to keep your personal information and financial transactions secure.

dbwin supports financial transactions only through mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Deposit Guidelines

• Deposits must be made from the Member's own mobile banking account only.
• Deposits via third parties are not accepted and may be reversed.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.

Withdrawal Guidelines

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawals will be sent only to the mobile banking account from which the deposit was made.
• Withdrawals may not be possible while an active bonus is in effect — see Section 5 for details.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• dbwin reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals if unusual or suspicious activity is detected.

Welcome Bonus

New Members are eligible for a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.

General Bonus Rules

• Each Member may claim a specific bonus only once.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts.
• Attempting to withdraw a bonus before the wagering requirement is met may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• If evidence of fraud in any bonus activity is found, dbwin reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• dbwin reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.

The following rules apply to participation in cricket betting, casino games, slots, and other services on dbwin:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless a technical error is proven.
• If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a technical fault or disconnection, dbwin will make the final decision regarding the relevant bet.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts may vary by game or market and are displayed on the relevant page.
• dbwin reserves the right to review the bets of any account to ensure fair play.
• Bets placed on the basis of incorrect odds or amounts displayed due to a software error may be cancelled or adjusted.

Sports Betting

For bets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports events, the official result issued by the relevant sports authority shall be final for settlement purposes. If an event is abandoned, postponed, or altered, bets will be settled in accordance with dbwin policy.

Live Casino

During live casino games, the dealer's and game operator's decisions are final. dbwin is not liable for any losses caused by internet connectivity issues.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dbwin platform. If such activities are detected, the account may be terminated and funds forfeited:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse — attempting to claim the same bonus more than once, or fulfilling bonus conditions through multiple accounts.
• Bet hedging — placing opposing bets to fulfil bonus conditions, or attempting to meet wagering requirements through risk-free methods.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Misconduct, threats, or harassment towards other Members or dbwin staff.
• Engaging in self-serving or harmful activities under the guise of a beneficial purpose.

dbwin reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Registration using false or incomplete information.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity.
• Failure to respond to an identity verification request.
• A self-exclusion request under the responsible gaming policy.

A Member may also request account closure at any time through dbwin support. If a valid balance remains at the time of closure, it will be returned in accordance with the rules; any bonus balance will be cancelled.

dbwin is committed to providing a safe and reliable gaming environment. However, dbwin's liability is limited in the following cases:

• Losses arising from internet disconnection, third-party software failure, or any other technical issue.
• Losses arising from the user's own negligence or breach of these Terms.
• Losses arising from errors in the software of third-party game providers.
• Temporary service interruption due to unforeseen technical outages or server maintenance.

dbwin is not liable for any direct or indirect losses, loss of revenue, or business losses, unless they result directly from dbwin's own negligence.

• Gambling can lead to financial loss. Only place bets with money that you can afford to lose without causing financial hardship.
